Keep developing your game this fall with Ignite!

Fall Ball is designed for middle school athletes looking to continue training, get quality reps, and develop their game outside of their regular season. Sessions will combine technical skill development and competitive live play in a fun but focused environment.

This program will be led by Coach Stef, who trained under renowned volleyball coach Bill Neville and will incorporate programming templates and training concepts directly from his system. 

Athletes will work through structured progressions designed to build strong fundamentals, improve decision-making, and translate individual skills into game situations.
